From Deck
to Check.

I rebuild your pitch, rewrite your story, and coach your delivery — so you can raise with clarity, confidence, and speed.

Your Product’s Strong.
Your Pitch Is Weak.

You’ve got traction, a team, maybe even revenue — but your pitch still feels off.

  • 1. Investors don't get it
  • 2. The deck rambles or bloats
  • 3. Meetings end with "let's circle back"

That’s not a funding problem. That’s a clarity problem.

“Investors don’t fund what they don’t understand.”

– The Hard Truth

I Don't Just
Polish. I Pitch
Engineer.

Some founders send me garbage. Others send gold that's just buried in fluff. Either way, I don't "coach." We rebuild.

If your pitch is a mess,
we'll make it fundable.

If it's decent, we'll
make it dangerous.

If it's strong, we'll
make it surgical.

Here's how it works:

We work together to punch up your narrative, rework your slide flow, sharpen the messaging, coach your delivery, and prep you for investor Q&A — all in under 10 days.

And just so
we're clear

  • I'm not your PowerPoint guy.
  • You come in with a rough deck — even ugly is fine. We make the content lethal and the story land and your pitch T-I-G-H-T!
  • Once that's dialed in, I'll refer you to a trusted design pro if you want it polished.

You're not paying me to make it pretty. You're paying me to make it fundable and to increase your "Pitch Confidence™."

      How the Business
      Model
      Works

      This isn't pay-by-the-hour coaching. It's high-leverage pitch transformation.
      Three ways to work together:

      01

      Pay Now

Up-front payment. Clean, simple, no strings.

      02

      Pay Later (If You Raise)

Deferred payment if you raise within 18 months. Offered only when I’m confident I can materially improve your odds.

      03

      Equity Option

In rare cases, a small equity stake instead of full payment - reserved for founders I’d bet on.

      What I Don’t Do

      • I don’t do free calls.
      • I don’t work with idea-stage founders.
      • I don’t take every client.

      What to Expect

      • You get the same flagship experience no matter how you pay:
      • Rebuilt pitch. Rebuilt deck. Rebuilt delivery.
      • You walk away with something that actually raises money.

If I say yes, it’s because I believe I can make your pitch razor-sharp and investor-ready — fast.

      Not Every
      Founder Gets
      a Yes. Here's
      Who Does.

      I work with founders who:

      • Are raising pre-seed to Series A
      • Have traction, urgency, or momentum
      • Want a sharp, confident pitch that lands
      • Are willing to cut fluff and tell the truth
      • Understand story is leverage

      This is not for:

      • Idea-stage founders with no validation
      • People who want feedback, not change
      • Founders looking for free labor or investor intros
      • Anyone who just wants it "prettier"

      Why Founders Work With Me

I’m a technical founder who built and sold a multi-million dollar company, PolicyPak Software. We made it to the Inc 5000 list in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Then my company was acquired by Netwrix in a deal advised by Benchmark International. I’ve written a bunch of best-selling (but story-telling) technical books, led product and engineering teams, served as VP at a major company and spent over two decades helping smart, technical people tell stories that land.

I’ve reviewed and rewritten hundreds of startup pitches through university incubators and investor groups — and I know the patterns that raise checks versus merely raising eyebrows.

But here’s what makes me dangerous:
I’m also a classically trained singer and performer who’s also delivered thousands of live talks as a 20-time Microsoft MVP.

So this means I can sing the National Anthem at a minor league baseball stadium but also I know how (and can teach you how) to own a room, tighten a story, and prep a founder to deliver under pressure. See more examples here.

      Testimonials

"Jeremy’s demonstrated a strong commitment to helping founders learn to cut through the noise and work to clarify what actually matters in a pitch. Founders who work with him can sharpen their narratives, increase their confidence, and realize materially stronger outcomes with investors."

      A man

      Dan Freeman

      Founding Director,
Horn Entrepreneurship at University of Delaware

"Jeremy and GetPitchPerfect helped me translate a complex, highly technical vision into a clear, investable story. As founder, I live deep in the details of technology patents, mapping data, and algorithms and Jeremy helped me step back and guide me into communicating the why in a way investors immediately understood. His process sharped my narrative, tighten the pitch, and set me up for success with every conversation about Cycling 360."

      A man

      John Reed

      CEO Cycling 360

"Working with Jeremy fundamentally changed how we talked about our company. Our story finally became clear, credible, and compelling. The pitch stopped feeling like a performance and started reflecting the true strength of the business—and investors noticed the difference immediately"

      Let's See If
      We're a Fit

      This isn’t free pitch advice.

This is a short, no-BS conversation to answer two questions:

      1. Can I help you fix your pitch so it lands with investors?
      2. Are you ready, coachable, and serious enough for this to work?

We talk for 15–20 minutes. If it’s a fit, I’ll offer a slot, pricing model, and timeline. If it’s not, I’ll tell you straight.

You tell me where things stand,
      I ask the hard questions.
